John Russell Hutchison (1807-1878)
John Russell Hutchison occupied the chair of Ancient Languages at Oakland College, Lorman, Mississippi from 1842 to 1854. He also served as Acting President of Oakland College from 1851 to 1854. Pictured is Oakland Memorial Chapel.
John Russell Hutchison is buried at Glenwood Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
