The cenotaph in honor of Philip Vickers Fithian is located at Greenwich Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Greenwich, New Jersey. He “died in an army camp near Fort Washington, New York, on 8 October 1776, and was buried the following day in an unidentifiable grave near the fort.
